No-cost energy-saving improvements for your home.
These times can bring additional financial challenges. We're here to help. The Income-Eligible Energy Savings Program is designed to ensure you and your family benefit from a home that’s healthier, more comfortable and more affordable. If you qualify, there's no cost to you.

The first step is to schedule a no-cost Home Energy Assessment. Right now, we are offering assessments both over the phone or in person at your home: it's your choice, whichever you prefer. Here’s how it works:

The Energy Specialist will perform a complete assessment virtually over the phone, or will visit your home and perform the assessment in person following all safety and social distancing protocols. |
 They will identify areas where you can save energy and money. |

You may qualify for no-cost energy-saving improvements such as:
Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors |
Water-saving faucet aerators |
 Low-flow showerheads |

Plus, potential no-cost upgrades installed at follow-up appointments could include:
No-cost services:
- Home insulation
- Air sealing of leaks
- Weather stripping
- Duct sealing
No-cost appliance upgrades:
- Programmable or smart Nest thermostats
- In some instances, we may be able to repair or replace natural gas heating and water heating equipment at no cost to you

You may be eligible if you are on the National Grid Energy Affordability Program (EAP) or if your pre-tax household income and household size meet the guidelines listed in the chart below:
